After experiencing persistent back and shoulder issues throughout my teenage years, I was advised by my specialist to focus on increasing my strength and body weight, as being very tall and underweight significantly contributed to my injuries. Committing to structured training and proper nutrition led to substantial improvements in both my physical health and overall quality of life.
Through this journey, I developed a strong passion for exercise and wellbeing, having seen first-hand how effective the right approach can be. This experience inspired me to help others avoid the years of trial and error I went through and to show that meaningful change is achievable with hard work, balanced nutrition, and the right support.
In just a few years, through consistency and determination, I have built a level of strength, fitness, and confidence that I am extremely proud of.
